Before anything else, I need to understand you. Your history, your habits, your triggers, your environment, and what's actually kept you stuck. This session isn't about measurements — it's about building the foundation for everything that follows. Honest, open, judgment-free.
Most people don't know why they eat the way they do — because most of it happens unconsciously. This session gives you the knowledge to understand the food environment, how habits are formed and maintained, and why self-control isn't the problem. This shifts everything.
Using a Target Behaviour Analysis, we identify one eating behaviour to change, the cues that trigger it, the reward it gives you, and a healthier alternative that delivers the same reward. Then we set a real, specific SMART goal — not "eat better", but something you can track, measure and actually hit.
Every subsequent session opens with a review of your progress — what's working, what isn't, and why. We track real metrics: weight, measurements, subjective wellbeing, and goal adherence. Then we go deeper into the areas that will help you most — relapse prevention, stimulus control, social support, activity scheduling, and more. Monthly for the first three months, then as needed.
Between sessions, you have direct access to me. When a Wednesday relapse moment hits, you don't have to white-knuckle it until your next session — I'm there. Everything is tracked in the app: check-ins, habit logs, progress notes, goal forms. Clean, simple, on your phone. No paper forms. No spreadsheets. No friction.
